Kelly Michelle Stables grew up in the city of St. Louis, Missouri. She performed with The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia awarded her with a degree as a cum laude theatre and Communication. Following her move into Los Angeles, she became involved with theater arts as she began performing in and choreographing for over 2 dozen plays and musicals including The Little Foxes Brady Bunch at Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera as well as 7 titles parts in Los Angeles' award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly also began landing film and television roles, as she continued her improv classes at The Groundlings. She has a unique voice and her diminutive size lets her perform a range of roles. The most famous character she has played is Naomi Watts's scheming Samara from The Ring 2, but her most famous role was as the charming receptionist from Two and a Half Men. Kelly was a character on a regular Series on TV Land's The Exes, where she played both the role of a party-hopper as well as a paralegal in the day. Kelly was also on the show as Alyssa's sassy, sexpert sister in the ABC show Romantically Challenged and as the worried suburban mom on the CW series No Tomorrow. She's lent her soprano singing voice to several cartoons such as Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry and Sofia the First. She was most recently seen in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the dim, however adorable Cloud 9 worker. She has a private life which is quiet having two kids younger than five years old. She is a lover of sewing and writes and is a volunteer for various school functions.
