Laura Linney

Laura Linney is an American actress, who is popular for her performance of strong, yet vulnerable characters. Linney was born into the theatre of her family, with her father Romulus Linney being a playwright. Linney studied at the Arts Theatre School at Moscow before graduating with an M.F.A. from Juilliard School. New York City, 1990. She immediately began performing in shows on Broadway and eventually receiving praise for her performance as Hedda Gabler in Six Degrees of Separation and Hedda Gabler.
